If you are in the process of replying an email, there is also the CRM option on the left side of the page. You can add CRM's by clicking [Manage] and delete by clicking on the bin icon.

When clicking [Manage] the following pop-up page will appear where you can add new CRM Comments and reminders, setting the desired date and assigning them.
