v0.744.0
We’ve made email conversation statuses easier to understand on the Inbox list page. The previous “---” label has been replaced with “New”, making it clearer when a conversation has just been received
Pagination controls on the AI Agent Studio page have been moved to the bottom of the list, making it easier to navigate between pages after reviewing items. When you switch to a new page, the list now automatically returns to the top.
Download emails or forward them as attachments directly from the email view, making it easier to share or keep proof of sent information. Messages are provided in .eml format using the existing Download Raw Message and Forward as Attachment options.
You will now receive a warning when trying to send and close a conversation that still contains unread received emails. This helps prevent conversations from being closed before all incoming messages have been reviewed, while still allowing you to continue with or without closing the conversation.
New users are now automatically configured for AI learning based on their role. Users with the standard user role are excluded from learning by default to help preserve model integrity, while contributors and admins are automatically included, reducing the need for manual setup.
Editing blocks is now more intuitive in the compose and reply views. Instead of double-clicking, an edit option appears on hover, making it clearer and quicker to update content. Sensitive blocks are protected from editing, and block content always opens in its original state to preserve accuracy and prevent unintended data exposure.
A new Contacts page is now available, allowing you to manage contacts and contact lists in one place. It includes sections for all contacts, new contacts, and contact lists, making it easier to create, edit, and organize your contacts.
You can now search and add both individual contacts and contact lists directly in the TO, CC, and BCC fields when composing an email. Contact lists can be expanded into individual recipients and managed without leaving the compose view. This makes adding and organizing recipients faster and more flexible.
A disclaimer is now displayed under the chat input in the Knowledge chat in the platform, reminding you that AI-generated replies may contain mistakes. It is always visible and cannot be dismissed, helping you verify important information.
A persistent disclaimer was added to the Smart Reply page next to the Gen-AI block label in the email editing area. The message reminds users that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. The disclaimer remains permanently visible whenever the chat interface is open, cannot be dismissed.
A disclaimer is now displayed under the Knowledge Chat input in the Help Center, informing you that AI-generated replies may contain mistakes. It is always visible and cannot be dismissed, helping you verify important details.
When deleting a contact, it will now also be removed from all contact lists where it is included. You are informed of this impact before deletion.
New Import and Export actions were added to the Contacts page, allowing admins to manage contact data directly from the Contacts tab while maintaining consistency with the Contacts table. Contacts can now be exported with all current table entries and headers in Excel format (.xlsx, .xls), while import functionality supports validated Excel files matching the table structure, including mandatory field checks such as Primary Email. Existing contacts can be updated, new contacts can be added.
You can now upload files directly from the Knowledge page using the “Add Files” option. Uploaded files are stored locally and displayed as knowledge sources in a list. This provides an easy way to manage and enrich your Knowledge content from one place.
Insert tables directly from the text editor using a new “Insert Table” button in the toolbar. The table is added to the content area and can be fully edited within the editor.
Intents/labels are now displayed at the top of the email subject tooltip for quicker visibility. The “Intents” title has been removed, showing only the tags.
AI agents new condition to check different client fields.
Create AI agent rules to filter emails based on addresses in the CC field, using the same operators as for the TO field.
The new Languages column is now available on the Users page, showing the languages assigned to each user. You can also update a user’s languages from their profile using a dropdown selector.
A new “Conversation User” condition is now available in AI Agent Studio when creating rules. It includes the operators “Is”, “Is not”, and “Is not assigned”.
The text editor was updated across Compose, Reply, Blocks, Templates, and Knowledge FAQ & Blocks to use Aptos size 11 as the default font. Users can now also change the font family and font size directly from new dropdown selectors added to the formatting toolbar.
A message is now displayed at the top of the Intents/Labels page indicating whether detection is AI-based or manually managed, based on the current configuration. The Add new intent/label button has also been repositioned.
New action is available in AI Agent rules to automatically tag emails as “Set Intent” or “Set Label,” depending on the configuration. The action name and dropdown options update dynamically based on whether AI detection is enabled or disabled.
Two new operators, “higher” and “lower,” are now available for the Client Field condition, allowing value-based comparisons similar to Suggestion Confidence.
Contributors and administrators can now save generated Gen-AI reply blocks from Smart Reply directly into the system as standard blocks. A Save Block icon is displayed on each Gen-AI block and opens the New Block modal with the generated content automatically prefilled. Users can edit the content before saving, and once saved, the new block replaces the Gen-AI block in the interface and becomes available for future use like any other standard block.
Client search results are now preserved after reopening an email, ensuring the previously found client remains visible.
The Address Book has been migrated to the new Contacts page, providing a more modern and streamlined experience for managing contact data. As part of this update, a new Contact Lists feature was introduced, allowing admins to create email distribution lists directly from existing contacts. When a contact has multiple email addresses, users can now select the specific address to include in the list, ensuring Contact Lists remain focused on individual email recipients rather than full contact records.
Template language indicators were added to “Reply/Forward with template” actions to help select the correct template more easily. In AI Agent Studio, each template now displays its language as an ISO code before the template name, while in Inbox bulk actions, templates now show a corresponding flag icon in front of the name.
Hidden the Knowledge bubble when the integration is disabled to avoid user confusion.
Ensured meeting details are displayed for all confirmation emails in a conversation, not just the first one.
Prevented block content from being cleared or mixed when marking blocks as Special and switching between them, each block now retains its correct content.
An issue affecting Signature blocks was fixed. Renaming a Signature block title no longer breaks the #SIGNATURE# variable, which now continues to populate correctly regardless of the block name. The handling of special block IDs was also aligned with the current block structure.

v0.699.0
Migrated the Training History page to new user interface and unified it with the Create Report UI/UX. Added a Search History text filter, integrated the new filter component (including filtering by Suggested Section), and preserved all existing features (editing, selections, suggestions, actions). Added .xlsx export support following the existing export structure.
Updated the header layout to align the Index button with Compose and standardize button sizes, spacing, and typography. Refined the settings button (removed arrow), adjusted icon/pagination dimensions, and restyled Selected Items Actions (ellipsis, trash) as tertiary buttons for a cleaner, more consistent UI.
Added a quick user selection shortcut for team leaders, mirroring the old old user interface behavior: searchable user picker tied to existing filters, cleared by “Clear filters”, with support for sorting the user list.
Added an SLA tooltip in the Inbox View that shows the exact SLA expiration date and time on hover, using the same browser tooltip format as old user interface: [dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm].
Users can now change language and section in these modes (Smart Reply, Reply All, Normal Reply, Forward) with behavior aligned to Compose. Smart Reply updates suggestions when language changes and updates the conversation section without reloading suggestions. Normal Reply, Reply All, and Forward now set language and section consistently. UI updated by removing the gear icon and expanding the “Blocks” header with localized text, matching the Compose design.
Exported reports now include a Response Time column, showing how long it takes users to respond to an email (from opening it to sending the reply). This helps you better track handling times and overall efficiency, with no changes to your existing report setup.
When all three external calendar links (Outlook, Gmail, and Other) are enabled, the Knowledge Chat icon overlapped the options on 15.6" screens, making them difficult to view and interact with. This issue has now been resolved to ensure proper spacing and visibility across standard laptop screen sizes.

v0.682.0
Sidebars in the email view and compose screen are now more space-efficient. Users can minimize or expand the Suggestions drawer while replying, Smart Reply, Normal Reply, Reply All, Forward, giving more room for editing and viewing previous messages. The Client Information drawer (right sidebar) and Initial Message drawer (left sidebar) have reduced padding and optimized widths, with icons aligned for a consistent look. Sidebar states (expanded/minimized) are remembered per user for convenience.
Dashboard - Filtered Email Activity Data (feature available on request): In user selection lists, inactive users are now clearly labeled (Inactive) and this label is included in Excel exports. The API (api@local) user is excluded from the list.
Dashboard - Filtered Email Activity Data(feature available on request): Updated the Excel export’s “ Processing Time” to calculate processing time based on Date Responded and removed irrelevant rows/columns “Compose New Messages”. The report structure remains consistent with the existing template.
Enhanced email search functionality. Users can now combine multiple terms: email address + keyword or domain + keyword and filter results by From, To, CC, and Subject. Search supports case-insensitive matching in subject and body, with optimized filter layout for easier use.
Optimized the email compose, reply layout to maximize writing space, especially on smaller laptop screens. Drawers, Suggestions and Client Information, can now be minimized to reduce clutter, and address fields (From/To/CC/BCC) display in a compact form by default, expanding only when needed. This provides more visible space for writing and reviewing messages with less scrolling.
To remove an email address use the menu on the right side of each email address.
Calendar shortcut (feature available on request):
Added a new feature that lets admins create and manage shortcuts to external apps (like Outlook, Google Calendar, or Calendly). Once activated, these links appear with icons in the left sidebar and open in a new tab.
Outlook 365 (MSGraph) (feature available on request):
Users can now request Delivery and Read Receipts when composing, replying, or forwarding emails. Two new checkboxes are available in the compose view (only for MS Graph mailboxes). Receipts, when supported, arrive as confirmation emails and appear in the same conversation, ordered chronologically.
AI Agents Studio:
renamed items like Email, Attachments, and Delete message for more clarity. Tooltips were added or updated across the UI to ensure consistency and easier understanding.
Improved the display of html elements in the emailview page.
Added the ability to copy any email address directly from the TO, CC, or BCC fields using the dropdown menu on the right side of each address.
Compose new message:
Attachment previews (PDF, PNG) were not available in email replies. This has now been resolved.
